Well, I am now officially 5 years old!
I am loving all the attention and cake... with scheduling issues and so many different friends and family groups I am having a lot of different parties... woowoo!!! Let me give you the lowdown:
Party #1:
Easter weekend
Grandma and Grampa Wease's house
A shared birthday party for all us Wease boys with April birthdays: Uncle Darren, Owen, Me and Uncle Dave {Owen and Uncle Dave are Grant's but you know what I mean}
It was a lot of fun and a great way to kick off the celebration! The Grant family got me a pet fish who I will blog separately about.
Party #2:
On the actual birthday (04/22)
At school
Mom brought in cupcakes for me to share with my class {Mom let me have one for breakfast that morning too, since it was such a special day}. My teachers put a crown on my head and a boa on around my neck and everyone sang to me... I loved it!!! It was fun being the centre of attention!
Party #3:
Still on my birthday day
Birthday supper: steak, potatoes, veggies, fried mushrooms, chocolate cake and ice cream... YUMMY!!!
Grandma and Grandpa Wease and U. Darren came up for a visit and celebration... it was lovely.
Party #4 and Party #5 are still coming: Friday morning my music therapist is coming over to do a special birthday session with me and my friends; and Saturday morning my Granny and Papa Sayer are coming for the day and we will hopefully have a little shindig with Aunt Holly and Shawn and the Pennings crew. By then I may be a bit party pooped, but then again maybe not.
5 Parties for 5 years old... it's quite appropriate, wouldn't you say?!?

Wow Bud, 5 already eh? I LOVE that your Mum let you have a cupcake for breakfast! She rocks - as I'm sure you already know. :)
